Happy Halloween!

Our Stake here does a Fall festival and combined Trunk-or-Treat with a chili cook off. It was fun. Trav is the Young Mens President here and they had a corn hole booth. Which ended up being one of probably 10 other bean bag type booths there. Trav made his White Hot Chicken Chili to enter into the contest and won the Hottest Chili. He was happy, although I think that he was going for best over all, but you take what you get! He won a huge bottle of Tabasco Sauce.
The boys loved all the candy they got from the booths and Trunk-or-treating, plus when we were done at the Church we headed over to Main Street. They shut a portion of the street down and did their own Trunk-or-treat (the town Mayor is in our Ward if you are wondering where they got the idea from) and Haunted House. Trav was going to take Trenton to the Haunted House, but the line was too stinkin' long and the boys and I were tired after our LONG walk down from Trav's office parking lot to where the thing actually started. It was....lame!! The people handing out candy were different organizations around town. And the town provided all the candy, so people were only handing out one piece each. I don't think we'll go again next year.

Our little Trunk-or-Treaters

I made this costume for Trenton.

I think that Xan has a bit more of a tummy

than our skinny Trenton!

"Marioooooo!" He heard this all night.

Dracula! We bought face paint and black hairspray,

which HE wanted, but changed his mind in the end.

Xan had a few costume issues

I just love the concentration in the next two photos!

Trenton got his face painted first, and the other two had to have the same thing.

Just chillin' in the "Trunk" after collecting their goodies!
