Dancing with the Almonds, crazy Walmart find, and BAD MOM?!

We visited some of our old Dental School Friends, the Almonds, a few weeks ago in Pueblo. Trenton and Alyssa were the best of friends back in the day and had NO PROBLEM picking up where they left off.

Travis came up from their basement and told us that we needed to run

down stairs and see what was going on.

When I first got down there Jacob was playing the piano and singing them a song.

got out the camera's Lydia decided that she too needed a dancing partner.
Too bad for her though because Jacob has less of a romantic side than Trenton.
His dancing soon turned into crazy, speed twirling and she was done.



We stopped at Walmart on our way home from Pueblo to get some baby Tylenol.
Xander was super sick and running a fever. I think that he was getting RSV again. We had to take a spin through the toys to please the crazies and saw this. It's DEUCE and DOMINO action figures. "DEUCE", aka Jimmy Snuka, was in our ward in Kentucky. He is one of the most spiritual and quiet guys. It was always funny to see him get up and bear his Testimony or give a talk and then see him wrestling on the t.v. We just HAD to take a picture of his action figure.
I mean, How many professional wrestlers do you know that have their own
ACTION FIGURE???



And then we come to the "BAD MOM" part.YES, that would be my 19 month old sitting on the counter top, eating an apple with a butter knife. I sit him on the counter all the time because whenever I'm in the kitchen or on the phone he goes crazy and cries at my legs. Tonight was horrible and I was talking to Travis, my Mom, and a lady that we were buying a SWEET t.v. armoire from (for CHEAP, but that is another post) and trying to get him something to eat. He opted for an apple and stole the butter knife I was using to cut the peal off when I wasn't looking.
DANGEROUS: maybe

But doesn't he looks so happy and DARN cute doing it?!
