Oh, what else!!
Okay, so Travis got our computer semi-working. The internet works atleast. But when he tried to upload our picture and video's from the disks he used, they wouldn't work!!! I am so sick about it. We aren't sure if it is our computer or if they were saved in some wierd format that won't pull up. But our hard drive has now been erased, so if we can't find some one to figure out how to get the pictures off of the disk, all is lost. Xander's new born picts, most of Jacob's short life, and Trentons pre-school performance, just to name a few things from the last 2 1/2 years!!!

David Hastings in your ward is a computer-guru! Serious! Ask him for help or questions. That's what he does for a living at Ashley Furniture.
Let me know and I can donate the pics of Xander that I have!
Sure hope someone can fix the computer and restore the pictures. 2 1/2 years is alot to lose.
Jamie, hey it is me Kim (Kwa***)D., Amanda just had the EXACT same thing happen to her computer recently. She found a company that "rescued" all of her pictures that she had taken of her daughter, Julia. E-mail me and I will give you the information. Love, Kim :)
Mark McKinney knows how to retrieve lost data. He was so upset at us when our hard drive crashed a few months ago and we wiped it out because we thought there was nothing else we could do. He said he could have removed the hard drive from our computer and use another computer to retrieve all our "lost" data. This seems to be his passion.
That's crazy that it happened to both of us! I still don't know if we're going to be able to recover our hard drive.
