Our 4th Celebration!!

Okay, so I know that we posted Xanders birth before we posted the fourth, but Travis was so excited to post the baby that he forgot about the night before. We spent the morning at the usual ward breakfast (so love when others are the ones doing the cooking!!) , and then enjoyed some time at some friends house, bbq (soooo good), water for the kids, horse shoes for the guys, and spending time talking to the ladies and resting my swollen ankles. Later that night Mike and Steph Cook invited us to stop a couple of blocks from our apartment and watch fireworks put on by some friends of theirs. OH MY GOODNESS!! It was like our own minature Thunder. These people spent over $1600 on fireworks. I didn't know that you could shoot those kind off in the city, but one of the guys was a cop, so I guess we were safe. It went on for 30 minutes or more. So fun. Then back to the apartment to finish up a few things before we left the next morning for the hospital. Jacob gave me great advice the next morning, "Mommy they are going to open your tummy really big to get Xander out, but don't cry Mommy you will be ok." So sweet, and so grown up. When he and Trenton came up after the baby was born I about died. It is so true that your babies grow up even faster when you add another one to your family. Oh it really does go so fast.

Such wonderful pictures of fire works. You can take all of my pictures. What a nice way to spend the night before the birth of Xander.
